On the contrary, after a journey made of many different steps, it pushed her to create Innovamey <\/a>one year ago, a project born to bring innovation, sustainability and inclusion forward, and to support women by breaking down barriers and creating opportunities. Innovamey<\/a> is more than a company. It is a movement, a vision for a world where every woman can have a seat at the table.   4. Break down injustices. <\/em><\/strong>Having the courage to say no and to make our voices heard is essential for creating real change.<\/li>\n
  5. Build networks with other women. <\/em><\/strong>No one succeeds alone. Alliances among women, and also between women and men, are an incredibly powerful force.
